Who We Are
At Gullo Commercial, we believe construction should be a positive, exciting experience that symbolizes growth and the future. Our mission is simple: Elevating the Construction Experience One Client at a Time.
The handshake is still part of who we are — a symbol of trust, respect, and commitment — but our work is guided by something even more defined: our PUREST core principles — Professionalism, Unity, Responsiveness, Excellence Over Easy, 100% Strong, and Transparency. These principles aren’t just ideals on a wall; they are the standards we live by in the office, on the jobsite, and in our community.
We do it differently. We strive to build teams where everyone understands their role, works together, owns their part, and keeps the project moving forward. When the team is unified, challenges are solved faster, quality is higher, and the entire process is better for everyone — especially the owner.
Our goal is simple: deliver a great product, treat people right, and leave a lasting impact on our clients and our community. We aim for a legacy of being known as downright good people who give back, work with integrity, and make the construction experience one worth remembering.

The Gullo Standard™
The Gullo Standard™ isn’t a policy — it’s our practice. It’s how we show up, how we communicate, and how we follow through. Guided by our PUREST core principles — Professionalism, Unity, Responsiveness, Excellence Over Easy, 100% Strong, and Transparency — we set the tone for every project with clarity, accountability, and a team that stands behind the work from start to finish.
We Inform
Communication is our foundation from day one. We keep owners, architects, engineers, and vendors aligned with clear expectations, open dialogue, and no surprises. No silos. No assumptions. Just transparency at every step so your team stays informed, confident, and in control.
We Adapt & Overcome
Every project brings challenges. How we respond defines us. We don’t make excuses — we bring clarity, experience, and solutions. Whether it’s an unexpected delay or a design change mid-stream, we move forward with focus and flexibility, keeping your goals in view and your project on track.
Your Long-Term Partner
We’re more than just here to build your project and move on. When the construction is complete and the warranty period ends, our Gullo Commercial Services division is here to continue supporting you with your building’s needs. From repairs to maintenance solutions, we can be your long-term partner — helping you protect and enhance your space well beyond opening day.
Gullo Commercial Construction
Construction isn’t just about structure — it’s about trust. From concept to closeout, we lead with clarity, collaboration, and craftsmanship to create spaces that reflect your goals and stand the test of time. We bring practical experience, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to doing things right at every phase. Our promise? No shortcuts. No surprises. Just a team that shows up, follows through, and builds it right — the first time, and for the long haul.

Danny Gullo
Owner
Danny leads Gullo Commercial with a hands-on approach rooted in real-world experience and a commitment to doing things the right way — from the first handshake to the final punch list. He serves as both Project Manager and Superintendent, overseeing everything from pre-construction meetings and subcontracts to scheduling, RFIs, material purchasing, and subcontractor coordination. Outside of work, Danny enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors with his wife Morgan and their daughters. Their family is actively involved in their church and the local community.
Owen Davis
Superintendent
Owen brings decades of leadership and hands-on experience to every job site. As Superintendent, he oversees construction schedules, startup coordination, safety control, subcontractor meetings, material management, and quality control — ensuring that every detail aligns with the project’s goals and budget. He’s also involved in on-site tasks including equipment operation, field verification, layout, and carpentry. A family man through and through, Owen has been married for 35 years, is the proud father of three, and grandfather to five. He loves the outdoors and serves as an elder at his church.
Zac Naquin
Superintendent | Assistant PM & Estimator
A former Marine with a sharp eye for detail, Zac wears multiple hats at Gullo Commercial — from executing project schedules and coordinating site startup to managing quality and budget on the ground. He also supports estimating through material takeoffs and subcontractor bids, and assists with project follow-up and proposal modifications. Outside of work, Zac enjoys bass fishing, duck hunting, and cheering on his brother in professional baseball. He even trained his own duck dog, combining discipline with patience — two things that serve him well on the job site.
Peggy Gullo
Accounting
Peggy brings over 35 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience to the Gullo Commercial team. As Danny’s mother, she’s been a part of the business since the beginning and plays a key role in keeping operations organized and accurate behind the scenes. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, Peggy helps ensure everything runs smoothly on the financial side. She’s a proud mom of two sons and grandmother to four, and she brings the same care to her work that she brings to her family.
